Built in 1885, this Victorian is within walking distance to McCormick Place and beautiful Lake Michigan, Museum Campus, and Navy Pier.

The charm and comfort of our facility includes original stained glass, fireplaces, high ceilings, private patio for your relaxation after a day of business and/or shopping on the Magnificent Mile, Chicago's shopping joy, (easily available on public transportation or taxi) free parking will entice you to take advantage of Chicago's great transportation system.

In celebration of the cultural richness that make up our city and community, we are located in the South Loop Landmark District.

As a walk through the surrounding area to the campus of IIT and Illinois College of Optometry, you will pass and observe architectural styles, including the only Frank Lloyd Wright Townhouses ever built, right next door to your B&B of Romanesque, Queen Anne, Italianate, Victorian Gothic, and many others.
